Our spring gobbler hunts will be with a one-on-one guide with some of the smartest public land birds in the state. Our guides will work hard to give you the ultimate hunting experience. These guides are experienced turkey callers who travel the U.S. for the quest of the grand slam.

Exclusive Rights

Our turkey hunts are fair chase and conducted on private and national forest land which Double Spur Outfitters either owns or retains exclusive hunting rights to. The hunter has the option of hunting different types of cover ranging from open fields to beautiful timber.

Top Guides

The guides with Double Spur Outfitters will of course scout all property's to determine which property's will be the best at the time of your hunt to give the hunter their best opportunity to harvest a trophy tom. Hunting will take place from permanent blinds already setup. Hunters are more than welcome to bring their own turkey blind of their choice. Also available is the option to stay in our cabin for the length of your stay.

Double Spur Outfitters has over 22,000 acres in Virginia of prime wild turkey hunting property. Over the years, the turkey population has exploded, offering more opportunities to harvest a nice tom.
