Fishing For All
Some people; new to trout fishing, believe that "trout fishing" means that you have to fish with fly fishing gear. Most of the "locals" here and most of our guests do not use fly fishing gear; they use spinning or spincasting rods/reels. No experience required! This makes Cedar Creek the perfect place to bring your children or grandchildren to enjoy the day and introduce them to fishing. For those of you that love to fly fish, Cedar Creek is the place for you. The stocked 4 mile section has trout spread throughout the creek and includes a mix of rainbows, browns, and brookies.
Stay The Night
Make your trip to Cedar Creek a nice getaway, not a rushed trip. With our pavilion and camper on the banks of Cedar Creek, you have all the amenities of home at camp. Come in on a Friday, fish the evening, all day Saturday through Sunday morning, and then relax on your drive home on Sunday. There is no need to fuss and struggle with the hassle of putting up a tent, simply unpack what you brought with you, and enjoy the weekend. Bring The Family
There is plenty of room for casting for beginners, as well as some tight obstacles to fish around for the advanced fisherman. There are some long, deep runs to fish dry and wet flies, and some fast moving water to try your hand at fishing some nymphs. This stream covers all aspects of fishing; ranging from very simplistic to very demanding and tactically challenging.Bring a buddy or bring the family. Our private 4 mile section of Cedar Creek has easy access making it perfect for people with disabilities, the elderly, or for people that do not want to have to hike for miles to fish.
The Glory Hole

Relax in the country pavilion with gas grills and picnic tables for cooking & eating your catch fresh from the stream! The deep waters at "The Bluffs" have always been one of the premier fishing spots on the Cedar Creek not only for catching trophy’s, but also the "pan frying size" best eating rainbow trout. Each month our private portion of Cedar Creek is stocked with rainbow trout. These stocked rainbow trout average in size from 12-20 inches and weigh in at 2-4 lbs, and often "Goldens" can be found in the mix with the rainbows.
